Reschedule or make a payment

Open the app → your order → Manage to change a due date or pay early. On-time payments raise your spending limit.

Account login or security

Reset your password in the app and enable biometric login. Afterpay never asks for full card numbers by phone or email.

Refund or merchant dispute

Refunds flow from the store back through Afterpay and adjust your installments; if the merchant won't help, open a dispute in the app.

App not working

Update the app and re-login; a failed payment usually just needs a valid card added under Wallet.
